We are taking major steps to reduce our carbon footprint. One step we are taking is implementing an energy efficient lighting program. Here is an outline of what we are doing here at entercom to help reduce our carbon footprint. We have already placed many lightbulbs with CFL's and are finding ways to get Motion Sensors in Key areas in the building. We encourage companies out there to take a serious approach on lighting as well!

Energy-Efficient Lighting Program
o Each market will conduct a lighting assessment and implement a comprehensive change-out program replacing incandescent bulbs with CFL or LED lighting, where it is feasible and cost effective (see attachment).
o Install motion sensors to automatically turn lights on and off in appropriate spots, e.g., kitchens, supply/mail rooms.
o Implement a system to make sure all lights are turned off at the end of the day.
o Employees are encouraged to use natural light during work hours as well to reduce energy consumption.
